Ask Dr. Rodger A. Bates what happened to over $300,000 that was unaccounted for at New Mexico State University at Alamogordo, New Mexico. Because of him all departments at the campus had to have severe budgets cuts, when someone retired or quit for personal reasons, that position went away because of the $300,000 plus that no one knows what happened to. That is probably why he is trying to get so far away from New Mexico.
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
