I want to highly recommend Lars Hafner for an on-campus interview for the college president position. I have know Lars for over a decade. He is enthusiastic and dedicated to whatever cause he takes on, whether that is Phi Theta Kappa, Teaching, representing his district when he was in the State Legislature or in his current position as an administrator at St. Pete College. I think he would bring a fresh perspective to PJC and lead us in the direction we need to go as a college.

I want to highly recommend John R Holdnak for an on-campus interview for the PJC college president position. I have know John for 20 + years. He is enthusiastic and dedicated to whatever cause he takes on. I became an aquintance of John in 1978-1979 when I attended PJC and he was the President of the Student Government Association. Since that time John also attended Florida State University, obtained his Doctorate degree and is currently a Vice President at Gulf Coast Community College.

I also know John as a personal aquaintance, as he is my brother in law. He has been married to my sister Terry Holdnak for the past 20 or so years. He is a very dedicated individual not only in his career but in his family life as well.

John has also been an asset to the Better Business Bureau of Northwest Florida, where I am currently employeed. He has served as the Chairman for the selection committee for the BBB Student Scholarships for the Bay County area for the past 2 years.

In closing I think that John would be a great asset to PJC.

Thank you.
