I believe a great candidate would be someone who has maybe even graduated from PJC and then went on to a Florida university. Someone who is currently serving in a senior level higher education position as we speak. Someone like that would know about the system, how it works, and understand what one needs to do to thrust PJC in the right direction for the new generation.
