Because 80 percent of the budget is faculty/instructors, we are required to at least consider faculty when considering an approximate $2 million budget cut." Dr Gonzalez. Wouldn't this be nice if it were true? 80% of the budget is salaries for everybody, not faculty. We still make less in toto than administration/staff.
